Most people describe emotions using abstract labels — "sad," "anxious," "fine." This module forces a transition from verbal labeling to felt-body awareness. Emotions become textures, temperatures, and chromatic states rather than categories.
Mixing intuitive palette groups directly with hands or palette knives without looking at color theory charts. Selecting tones based strictly on gut resonance. The palette becomes a somatic map of the client's internal landscape.
Studio assignment
Mix 3 distinct colors representing: (1) Current Suppressed Stress, (2) Grounded Foundation, (3) Uncensored Vitality. Swatch them heavily on cardstock and write one raw sentence beneath each pigment before drying.
